Job Descriptions

Board of Directors:

The Association is established as a non-profit

charitable corporation under the laws of Washington State.  The organization is run by a Board of Directors.  There can be up to 20 Directors.  Terms are two years in length.  Five Directors also serve as Officers. 

  • The President leads the organization in accomplishing the mission and chairs the meetings. 

  • The Vice President fills in for the President. 

  • The Secretary records the actions taken in the meetings.

  • The Membership Secretary keeps track of members.

  • The Treasurer manages finances.

                    2nd Saturday of the month.

General membership meeting starts at 10 am at Kenmore Lanes followed by the Board of Directors Meeting.  Board of Directors meetings are open, but only Board Members may vote.  See Calendar page for meeting dates.
