Job Descriptions

Board of Directors:

The Association is established as a non-profit

charitable corporation under the laws of Washington State.  The organization is run by a Board of Directors.  There can be up to 20 Directors.  Terms are two years in length.  Five Directors also serve as Officers. 

  • The President leads the organization in accomplishing the mission and chairs the meetings. 

  • The Vice President fills in for the President. 

  • The Secretary records the actions taken in the meetings.

  • The Membership Secretary keeps track of members.

  • The Treasurer manages finances.

                    2nd Saturday of the month.

General membership meeting starts at 9 am at 19065 85th Avenue NE

Bothell, WA. Executive meeting follows the General meeting.

 

Board of Directors meetings are open, but only Board Members may vote.
